1. The service

Image to Claymation provides an automated image-editing tool, account features, credit balances, and optional recurring subscriptions. Generation availability, limits, model choice, and features may change as we improve quality and control costs.

2. Your source material

You may upload only material you are legally permitted to use. Do not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights, or content that is illegal, exploitative, deceptive, or intended to harm another person.

3. Generated outputs

The selected model permits commercial use, but this does not grant rights in your source material or guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review every output before publishing, selling, or relying on it. Free outputs include an image to claymation watermark; eligible subscribers may disable it.

4. Credits and subscriptions

One generated image costs 5 credits. The free allowance is 10 daily credits and does not roll over. Paid plans add 60 or 300 monthly credits; these refresh monthly and do not roll over. A failed job that the service detects before completion is refunded automatically, but completed generations consume credits even if you dislike the artistic result.

PayPal subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed monthly or annual amount until canceled. Annual prices are billed for the full year in advance while monthly credits refresh each month. Cancel future renewal from the account page. Cancellation does not refund an already paid period and paid access normally continues through the recorded period end. For duplicate charges, technical entitlement failures, or legally required refund requests, contact support within 14 days; eligibility depends on usage and applicable law.

5. Prohibited behavior

• Do not bypass rate limits, Turnstile, credit checks, or other access controls.
• Do not automate excessive requests or interfere with service operation.
• Do not use the service to impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead.
• Do not upload malware or files disguised as images.
• Do not use outputs in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI systems can distort faces, objects, text, and scene details. We do not promise continuous availability, a particular completion time, or a specific artistic result.

7. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
